UBI Spa Policies
We ask that you consider our policies
not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high
standards of service. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are
unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated
to clients and patients when they make the appointments.
Appointments
To
make an appointment; please contact us directly by calling 972-535-5580.
Upon
scheduling your appointment, clients will be asked to use a credit card to
guarantee the appointment. A major credit card is required to hold your
reservation(s). You will not be charged
a fee for your appointment. A $50 fee will Only be applied to your credit card
should you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your
appointment.
We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure
your preferred time is available as nights and evenings are the most requested
times.
All booked appointments will be confirmed by our staff via a telephone call
reminder a day or two before your appointment or by an automatic e-mail.
Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
What
if I am late for my appointment?
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete
your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In
fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s
session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our
best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments,
it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
What
is the cancellation policy?
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel
or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. All
services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the $50
deposit fee.
No-show clients who do not turn up for their treatment appointed time are
also charged the $50 deposit fee. A major credit card will be needed to secure
appointments. Gift cards are not valid as form of payment for no-show fees.
This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you
as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our
cancellation policy.
Appointments booked for the same day
are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict
24-hour cancellation policy.
Payments
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Cash.
Gift
Cards
What a special way to show how much you care, or a wonderful way to show
your appreciation. Giving a gift card is simple and since you choose the
denomination, they are right for any budget.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Gym Access
UBI offers a small gym on site that you can use after your Body Sculpting treatment. The gym is included with the Body Sculpting packages only. Please keep in mind that Monday-Thursday we lock the doors at 7:00 p.m. and Friday at 6:00 p.m. If you have an evening appointment, please plan on doing your exercise at an alternative facility.
Guest Policies
All spa guests must be 14 years of
age or older. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian.
Please advise us upon booking of any
allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if a wheel
chair access is required. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly
after particular spa treatments such as, body sculpting treatments, waxing, and
facials is not recommended.
General Policies
A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.
All prices, policies and services are subject to change without notice.
